When I was career counseling, a helpful mental tip was to consider that you are EMPLOYABLE but may be struggling being PLACEABLE. Job placement is a numbers game. More output on your end will payoff. You are employable and can definitely bring value to a workplace. Also, do an “Ability Assessment” and make a list of your positive skills and traits that will undoubtedly be longer than the list of your disabilities. I worked with the newly disabled so adjustments were always a focus and constant consideration. These will help rally your mojo to take your next steps. Hang in there.
