Totally relate. I emotionally and psychologically squirmed mid-2021 to mid 2022 and still, feeling like all my coping tools absolutely lost their ability to work. And I had a shitload of tools. Discovering that "permastress" had infiltrated deep in my body forced me to dig deep into the pandemic-induced WIDENED separation I developed between my mind (thinking) and body (physiology) to survive was a profound awakening and starting point. I have new tools now that I'll probably write an article about to share. Thanks for acknowledging our collective struggle. There is a positive path ahead. I'm working on it.
