It’s like job seekers are auditioning for a part in Hollywood. Producers overtly seek a type all the time, which sucks if it’s not you. Perhaps if job ads indicated the employer is CASTING for a role it would be more transparent, illegal but transparent. That wouldn’t waste so much time and effort for everyone. Very helpful article.
