First, love that you have ground rules for comments. Bravo! My 17 years working as a career counselor taught me many things but 2 come to mind: 1) when people want to label you they try to negate you. Repel that. See each person as an individual. 2) No matter what life space you’re in rocks will be thrown upward toward those above us, and rocks thrown downward to those below. Unfortunately, those in the youngest group usually get a majority of the rocks from everyone above. Shield yourself and develop great worker traits, continue to learn, and stay focused on creating meaningful work for yourself. As a screenwriter, I WILL throw rocks at the movie for lazy writing and being tone deaf to many then and now. Likely that a group of hasty execs and editors ruined it for budget reasons
